Your customers order by message. Superba keys them into your ERP.
WhatsApp, SMS, email, voice note or PDF: Superba reads the order, asks the customer for what is missing, and prepares it in your ERP. All you do is approve.

The problem
The work starts the moment the order arrives
Every customer orders their own way. Between the message received and the line in the ERP, there is a person who rereads, guesses, retypes and chases.
Orders scattered everywhere
Email from one café, a text from another, a voice note on the sales rep's phone. A forgotten order is a lost account.
Time, on every single order
Reading, finding the customer, keying in, writing about a missing date, answering the phone: 8 to 12 minutes per order once everything is counted. At 1,000 orders a month, that is a full-time job.
Incomplete orders
"The usual", "same as last Tuesday", no delivery date, no address, no roast date. Someone has to call back, and the order waits.
"Where is my delivery?"
The café calls to know whether the beans have shipped. The order desk searches, answers, and loses track of what it was doing.
How it works
It comes in every which way. It comes out structured.
A voice note, an SMS, a WhatsApp, an email with a PDF. Watch what Superba does with them.

What changes
What Superba does instead of your order desk
It keys in
Customer recognised, items matched to your catalogue, customer prices applied. The order lands ready in your ERP, with the original message next to it.
It asks for what is missing
No date, "the usual", an unknown reference: Superba writes to the customer itself, in your tone, and completes the order with the answer.
It keeps the customer informed
Confirmation, out for delivery, delivered: your customer is informed without your order desk picking up the phone.
And your order desk? It approves in one click and decides on unusual cases: an order of 40 cases instead of 10 never leaves without it. You set the level of certainty above which an order enters the ERP on its own.
Built for
Built for companies that sell to professionals and receive their orders in bulk
Email, WhatsApp, SMS, voice notes, PDF: if your customers order the way they talk, Superba is made for you.
You will recognise yourself if…
- You handle more than 200 orders a month
- Your regular customers order "the usual"
- Orders come in early in the morning, late at night or at the weekend
- Someone spends their days retyping orders into the ERP or a spreadsheet
- You deliver regularly, with your own trucks or a carrier

What does retyping cost you today?

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
You decide. Every order gets a certainty score: customer recognised, references without ambiguity, quantities and prices consistent with history. Above the threshold you set, it enters the ERP directly; below it, it waits for one click from your order desk. At the start, the threshold is at 100%: everything goes through you.
Nothing. Same email address, same number, same habits. Your inbox is copied in, your WhatsApp number is connected through Meta's official API.
QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, Odoo, EBP, Sage 100, Excel / Google Sheets, Dolibarr, Axonaut, Sellsy and Pennylane are ready. The others are connected during the audit, provided they expose an API or an order import, and are tested on your real orders before the end of the pilot. See all connectors
Each customer runs on its own dedicated instance: in the United States on AWS for US customers, in France for European ones, set up during onboarding. The data is accessible only to your team and to Supernova for support. The original messages are kept and linked to every order, for traceability.
Companies handling fewer than 200 orders a month. Below that, the time saved does not cover the base fee: run the calculation above with your volumes. Consumer e-commerce shops, or companies whose orders all arrive already structured through EDI or a marketplace. Superba is for professional customers ordering by message, in their own words.
