Data collected, processing by processing
"Test it with your orders" form
- Data : full name, company, work email, phone (optional), ERP in use (optional), order volume, source page and campaign parameters (UTM), then the orders you forward to us by email for the test.
- Purpose : handle your test request, get back to you and run the test on your orders.
- Legal basis : pre-contractual measures taken at your request (article 6.1.b of the GDPR).
- Details : name, company, email and volume are necessary to handle the request; phone and ERP are optional.
- Recipients : Jérémy Domingo, fondateur de Superba (Supernova Digital).
"Call me back" form and estimate sent by email
- Data : full name, company, phone, work email, preferred time, order volume; for the estimate: your email and the values entered in the calculator.
- Purpose : call you back or send you your estimate.
- Legal basis : pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
- Recipients : Jérémy Domingo, fondateur de Superba (Supernova Digital).
Site chat assistant
- Data : the messages you write to the assistant, kept in your browser for the duration of your visit; if you ask to leave a message, your name, company, email, phone (optional) and the content of the conversation are sent by email to the founder.
- Purpose : answer your questions about Superba and pass on your message.
- Legal basis : legitimate interest in answering visitors' requests, then pre-contractual measures at your request.
- Details : messages are processed by a language model provider to produce the answers.
- Recipients : Jérémy Domingo, fondateur de Superba (Supernova Digital).
Appointment booking
- Data : the information you enter on the Google Calendar booking page.
- Purpose : set up a 30-minute conversation.
- Legal basis : pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
- Details : this page is provided by Google and subject to its own privacy policy.

For this processing, we use: Resend (email sending) ; Clever Cloud, centre de données situé à Paris (France) (hosting).
Orders forwarded for the test
The orders you forward to us for the test may contain personal data of your own customers (names, phone numbers, delivery addresses). They are used only to run the test agreed with you and for no other purpose. They are deleted no later than 30 jours after the test.
Audience measurement
We measure traffic on the site with a cookie-free analytics tool (Umami), for our own account only: page views, traffic sources, clicks on the site buttons. These measurements are used as aggregated statistics, without cross-referencing with other data and without transmission to third parties for advertising purposes. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and restrict the processing of your data. To exercise it, write to hello@superba.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
