Orders: from your customer's message to your ERP, with no retyping
An order rarely arrives in the shape your ERP expects. A voice note, three lines in a text, a scanned PDF, a "same as usual". Superba reads it as it comes and turns it into a clean order, with the right account, items and prices.

What Superba reads
Every shape an order takes
- A WhatsApp or text message, with quantities spelled out and nicknames for items
- An email with the lines in the body, or a purchase order attached
- A PDF, a scan, a photo of a purchase order, an Excel file
- A twenty-second voice note, transcribed then structured
- A "same as last week", which points to the customer's history
- An email forwarded by a sales rep, behind which Superba finds the actual customer
What Superba does
Five steps, in order
Step 1
It recognises the account
By the phone number, the email address, the signature or the name mentioned. If a rep forwards, it finds the end customer behind them.
Step 2
It matches the items
"6 bags of the house" becomes the right SKU in your catalog, in that customer's pack size and at their price.
Step 3
It checks
Unusual quantity, price off the list, duplicate of an order already placed, account on hold: every anomaly is flagged before the order moves on.
Step 4
It asks for what is missing
No delivery date, an unknown item: Superba writes to the customer in your tone and completes the order with the answer.
Step 5
It creates the order in your ERP
Above the confidence threshold you set, it goes in on its own. Below it, it waits for one click in the validation queue, with the original alongside.
What is left for the order desk
One click, and the cases worth a look
Validate the orders below the threshold, decide on the flagged anomalies and choose, customer by customer, whether their orders can go into the ERP on their own. An order rejected by your team is never billed.
Example
A PDF with no delivery date
What comes in
Bloom & Vine Florists · Email + PDF · 8:10 am
"Subject: Order week 42. Hi, please find our order attached. Best regards." Attachment: order-w42.pdf, 4 lines.
What Superba makes of it
- 4 lines matched to the catalog, at Bloom & Vine's prices
- No delivery date: question sent at 8:12 am, "Delivery Wednesday or Thursday?"
- Answer received at 8:40 am: Thursday. Order created in the ERP, waiting for one click
Had the customer not answered, the order would have stayed on hold, visible, and cost nothing.

Frequently asked questions
It does not guess. It asks the customer or flags the line to your team, depending on the case, and the order waits. Every answer learned serves the next order from the same customer.
Yes. Superba reads the customer price lists in your ERP and applies them. A price quoted by the customer that is off the list is flagged as an anomaly, never applied silently.
Only if you decided so. You set a confidence threshold; above it, the order goes in on its own and shows up in the log. Many customers start with everything in validation, then open the threshold account by account.
The same PO sent by email then by text, or a "did you get my order?": Superba matches them and creates one order. The duplicate is flagged, not typed.
3 to 5 of your real orders are enough to see the result in your ERP.
