Delivery: your customer is kept posted at every step, without anyone picking up the phone

The order is in the ERP. What remains is the part your order desk endures all day: "when are you delivering?", "where is the truck?", "can you come before 10?". Superba confirms, sends to the route and keeps the customer informed, on the channel they ordered from.

3 to 5 orders are enough · results shown on a video call · no commitment

What Superba sends

The messages that go out on their own

  • The order confirmation, with the lines, the date and the planned window
  • The delivery notice the evening before or in the morning, once the route is set
  • The "out for delivery" when the driver leaves, with the stop number if your routing tool provides it
  • The "delivered", with the delivery slip if you wish
  • The answer to "when are you delivering?", from the actual route

What Superba does

From the validated order to the delivered customer

  1. Step 1

    It confirms

As soon as the order is in the ERP, the customer gets a confirmation, by text, WhatsApp or email depending on where they ordered from.

  2. Step 2

    It sends to the route

The order goes to your routing tool or your carrier, with the address, the window and the delivery constraints known for that customer.

  3. Step 3

    It follows the steps

Prepared, out for delivery, delivered: every status change comes up from your tool and triggers the matching message, in your tone.

  4. Step 4

It answers the "when is it coming?"

A customer asking where their delivery is gets the real answer, read from today's route, without going through your team.

  5. Step 5

    It flags what goes wrong

Address not found, impossible window, customer absent: the order desk is alerted, and the message to the customer is prepared.

What is left for the order desk

The exceptions, and the phone for the good customers

Reschedule a missed delivery, settle an impossible window, call an important customer. The rest, the dozens of status messages a day, no longer goes through your team. Tracking can be switched on for all your customers or only some, account by account.

Example

One order, four messages, no calls

What comes in

Ferry Building Café · WhatsApp · 6:52 am

"Hey, 6 × 5 lb House Blend and 2 cases of oat milk for Thursday, thanks"

What Superba makes of it

  • 6:53 am: "Got it, 6 × House Blend 5 lb and 2 cases of oat milk, delivery Thursday morning"
  • Wednesday 5 pm: "Your order is prepared, delivery Thursday between 7 and 9 am"
  • Thursday 6:45 am: "The driver has left, you are 3rd on the route"
  • Thursday 8:10 am: "Delivered. Delivery slip attached"

At 8:30 am the customer writes "where is the truck?": Superba answers "delivered at 8:10 am, slip signed by J. Alvarez". Nobody picked up.
