Quotes: from the price request to the quote ready in your ERP

"Can you price 20 cases of the Napa Cab for us?" A price request is an order that hesitates. Superba handles it with the same care: account recognised, items matched, quote prepared in your ERP on that customer's terms, ready to validate and send.

3 to 5 orders are enough · results shown on a video call · no commitment

What Superba reads

Price requests, in every form

  • "How much for 20 cases delivered to Oakland?" by email or text
  • A simple request for proposal, as a PDF or a spreadsheet, with a list of items and quantities
  • A price request for a new item, or for an unusual volume
  • An old quote sent back with "same again, but 500 instead of 300"
  • A follow-up, "did you see my price request?", attached to the original case

What Superba does

From the message to the quote, then from the quote to the order

  1. Step 1

    It opens a quote case

The request is filed in the Quotes queue, with the account recognised and the follow-ups grouped in the same case.

  2. Step 2

It prepares the quote in your ERP

Items matched to the catalog, quantities, pack sizes, that customer's prices and discounts, shipping according to your rules. The quote is created in your ERP as a draft.

  3. Step 3

It flags what is out of bounds

An unusual volume, an item outside the catalog, a price asked below your list: your team or your rep decides before it is sent.

  4. Step 4

    It writes the reply

The email with the quote goes out from your mailbox, in your tone, with your signature, once the quote is validated.

  5. Step 5

It turns the yes into an order

"Works for us": Superba finds the quote, turns it into an order in your ERP, and the rest follows as for any order.

What is left for the order desk

Validate the quote, and keep the negotiation

A quote never leaves without a click. Exceptional discounts, out-of-range volumes and new accounts stay human decisions. Superba prepares, your team signs.

Example

A price request by email, a yes by text

What comes in

Harbor View Wine Bar · Email · 10:05 am

"Hi, could you price 20 cases of the Napa Cabernet 2022 and 4 cases of the Sonoma Chardonnay, delivery end of month to Oakland? Thanks."

What Superba makes of it

  • Quote prepared in the ERP: 20 × Napa Cabernet 2022, 4 × Sonoma Chardonnay, Harbor View prices, shipping calculated for Oakland
  • Validated by the order desk at 10:20 am, email sent from your mailbox
  • Three days later, by text: "ok for the quote". Order created from the quote, no retyping

An order that comes from a quote handled by Superba is billed at half price, because the reading work has already been done.
